Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account! Just click on the account icon, and follow the instructions. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free express shipping for all orders placed on our website!

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@lehirunenyc.com about your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder first, in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We are currently operating as a made-to-order business which allows us to take extra precaution in handling each order. Fulfilling the order may take 5-7 days, and express shipping is usually within 2 business days. After you place your order, you can expect to receive your package within 7-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking link. Please look out for the tracking link. If you have not received an order confirmation or a tracking link within the expected time frames, please get in touch with us!

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the order goes out, you will be sent an email. There will be an option to track your order and you can use this to check the progress of your order online.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it’s placed. To keep our shipping process as efficient as possible for everyone, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they have been placed. However, if you must cancel the order, please send an e-mail with the order number to info@lehirunenyc.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate any changes requested. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended. 

Why was my order canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with the stock/materials. We apologize in advance if this happens to you!

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us as long as it is within 14 days after receiving it, it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lehirunenyc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, please contact our customer service team via info@lehirune.com. Provided that the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return slip by email. You may just print the label and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Please use suitable packaging when sending the return. 

My order arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@lehirune.com with the details. If you don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, as long as the order fits our 14-day return policy. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
